Iron cutting cold saw

Different types of substrates are produced according to the cutting requirements using high quality domestic tool steel plates, Japanese special steel plates and German special steel plates. The substrate structure design can be in the form of silencing, composite, conventional, etc., which has the characteristics of improving the working environment, increasing the stability of product operation and reducing frictional heat. The cutter head adopts Japanese and German carbide or cermet materials. The surface layer of the alloy is hardened (coated) to increase wear resistance and extend the cutting life. The cutting surface is smooth and flat without bevel, which ensures high precision and less burr in the cutting part and effectively improves the production efficiency. Repairable and reusable.
